Q1: Where does boos inflatable games offer bouncy castle and Softplay hire?

A1: Boos inflatable games offers bouncy castle hire and softplay hire in Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bilston, Willenhall, Kidderminster, Walsall, Stourbridge, Birmingham and many more West Midlands areas.

Q2: How long do we get our hire for?

A2: We hire out all day delivering our bouncy castle hire and Softplay hire between 7.30am-12.30pm and collecting between 6pm-9.30pm. Or If your hiring a venue and just want it for a few hours, we can work around the times you require. If you would prefer it later then 6pm we offer overnight charge collection next morning for an extra £30.00.

Q3: Do you charge a lower price if I only hire a bouncy castle for a few hours?

A3: No, for however least or long you hire a bouncy castle or soft play from us it’s the same price.

Q4: How long do you need to set up a bouncy castle?

A4: It usually takes about 15-20 minutes for both setting up and down for a bouncy castle or Softplay. So if you do require additional equipment to hire please take note of this when hiring for a venue. We like to arrive at a venue at least an hour before your event starts to ensure we’re set up in plenty of time.

Q5: Do you offer discounts for multiple item hire if hiring more then one bouncy castle or if I wanted to add something else from your website?

A5: Yes. We offer automatic 10% off when booking 2 or more items.

Q6: Can I hire a bouncy castle on concrete?

A6: No, unfortunately we are not insured to hire on hard/unpeggable surfaces outdoors. We must be able to peg all anchor points into the ground such as grass to ensure bouncy castles are safe. Indoors is fine and Softplay in fine on concrete.

Q7: Do you hire your bouncy castles, soft play and equipment indoors?

A7: Yes of course, just please ensure you have adequate space for hires including height space. All sizes for our hires our on each product page on the website.

Q8: Do you have insurance to hire your bouncy castles and soft play?

A8: Yes, we hold £5 million public liability insurance which covers accident or injury at fault to our equipment only.

Q9: Is your equipment PAT tested?

A9: Yes, all our equipment we use for our bouncy castle hire is tested.

Q10: Can I cancel my booking?

A10: Yes. Any payments made are non refundable. Cancellation on the day is full booking cost to you.
